White oak, white marble, and 300 days of sun.
White oak, white marble, and daylight. A waterfall island in veined marble faces a fireplace wall of the same stone, the primary bath pairs a freestanding tub with a wet room shower, and a powder bath in deep green zellige tile with a vessel sink gives the house its one jewel box. Space planned and rendered before framing, then carried through every cabinet, countertop, and fixture.

Rº7 field notes
The island and the fireplace share the same veined marble, so the kitchen and living room read as one room with two jobs.
Deep green zellige and a vessel sink. Small rooms are where you spend the drama.
Pale oak and white stone chosen for a house that gets sun almost every day of the year. It will not yellow and it will not glare.
